          the compulsory teaching requirement
        
        
          for each faculty-member to 12 credit
        
        
          equivalent (120 hours of classroom
        
        
          teaching) courses in an academic

          assistantship component as an incentive
        
        
          for the PhD students to help their

          customised to suit the organisational
