Recognizing the importance of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, and the need for specialized training in the same, XIMB has introduced a unique industry-suited program in Human Resource Management christened “PGDM-HRM”.

The PGDM-HRM course is a two-year residential programme designed to be at par with the best HRM programmes currently being offered by only a few of the top B-Schools in India. It has been envisioned to develop future-ready HR managers by arming the students with the requisite knowledge and skill sets to become highly competent human resource professionals with a holistic understanding of business and the society in which it operates.
